Many people claimed to be selling data these days since some Nigerian telecoms providers opened SME data plans.
Some fraudulent people and fraudsters have hijacked the system with offering very ridiculous prices just to catch some people in their nets.
Please whenever you see someone advertising very cheap data prices, know for sure that you are dealing with a fraudster.
